What we collect

When you submit a quote request: your name, company, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the request itself.

When you apply to sell with us: the same contact details plus information about your company and products.

When you hold a supplier account: your email address, an encrypted password, which company you are linked to, and the date you accepted these terms. Product listings you publish are business information, not personal information, and are public by design.

We do not collect payment card details, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only cookie the marketplace sets is the one that keeps a signed-in supplier signed in.

How we use it

To pass your quote request to the relevant supplier, to respond to you, to operate supplier accounts, and to keep the marketplace secure. We do not sell personal information.

A quote request is shared with the supplier it concerns — that is the point of sending it. We may also share information with service providers who host the site and its database on our behalf, and where the law requires it.

Where it is stored

On infrastructure operated by our hosting and database providers, in the United States. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for our own records, and supplier account data for as long as the account exists.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email gio@utcagents.com and we will respond. Deleting a supplier account removes its listings from the marketplace.
