What the marketplace does

We connect buyers with international manufacturers. Buyers browse listings and submit requests for quotation (RFQs). Suppliers publish listings and respond to those requests.

We are not a party to any resulting transaction. We do not sell the products listed, do not process payment for them, and do not take possession of goods. Price, terms, delivery, and any contract are agreed directly between buyer and supplier.

Supplier accounts

Accounts are issued by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

You may only publish listings for products your company is authorised to supply, and the information in them — specifications, images, capabilities — must be accurate and yours to publish. You retain ownership of what you upload and grant us permission to display it on the marketplace.

We may remove a listing or suspend an account that appears inaccurate, infringing, or otherwise in breach of these terms.

Quote requests

An RFQ is an enquiry, not an order, and creates no obligation on either side. Buyers should not include information they are not willing to share with the supplier they are contacting.

Availability and liability

The marketplace is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we do not independently verify every supplier claim or listing detail — buyers should carry out their own due diligence before committing to a purchase.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a transaction between a buyer and a supplier.
